These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods through the online store operated by RolzGold LLC ("RolzGold", "we", "our", or "us") at www.rolzgold.com (the "Site"). They apply to all purchases made from RolzGold.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may change, modify, add, or remove parts of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site, so please review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. All materials on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Site Access and Changes

Our Site changes regularly and access is permitted on a temporary basis. We may update content, product details, and pricing at any time without notice, and we may suspend access to the Site or close it indefinitely. Any material on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

RolzGold reserves the right not to accept an order where we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, where shipping restrictions apply to an item, where an item does not meet our quality-control standards or is withdrawn or out of stock, or where there is an error in pricing or content. We may refuse to process any transaction, or refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion. Our liability for not accepting an order is limited to refunding any amount paid for the goods in question.

Use of the Site

Some services or features on the Site may require registration. If you register, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us of any unauthorised use. During registration you may receive promotional emails from us; you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.

User Submissions

Anything you submit to the Site — including questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions ("Submissions") — becomes our property and will not be returned. When you post a review or comment, you grant us the right to use the name you submit alongside it. You must not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or mislead us or others as to the origin of a Submission. We may remove or edit any Submission but are not obliged to.

Payment

By purchasing on the Site you confirm that the credit or debit card used is yours, or that you are authorised by the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by any other method advertised on the Site. All card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details. Prices for goods are as set out on the Site in AED (United Arab Emirates dirham). Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout and included in the total.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Applies to all pieces except personalized designs, resized rings, earrings, and gift cards. We want your shopping experience to be easy and joyful, and we apply clear return rules so we can serve all customers fairly while maintaining product quality.

We have a 1-day return policy: you have 1 day (24 hours) after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible pieces within 24 hours of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
• Items must be returned in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).

Returns are processed within 14 business days of our receiving the item, after which we send an email confirmation. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. The return window starts on the day the shipment is delivered or picked up.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and we are unable to offer cash refunds. For approved returns, you will receive a credit voucher valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. Please contact us before placing your order if you need any help — we are happy to assist.

Maintenance & Warranty

If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and within 24 hours of receipt. We will not be liable for damage reported after this period. Where a repair is agreed, it will be carried out in line with this policy.

Intellectual Property

The entire content of this Site — including all jewellery designs, photographs, logos, copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property, and the name RolzGold LLC or RolzGold — is the sole property of RolzGold LLC. You may store, print, and display the content for your own personal use and may draw others' attention to material on our Site. You may not publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce any content in any format, or use it in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. By using the Site, you agree not to undermine its integrity.

Shipping Policy & Costs

Jewellery bought on the Site is delivered once payment is completed and fully received. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Domestic shipping (UAE): All orders within the United Arab Emirates are shipped by courier, and delivery is free for all orders above AED 1,000.

International shipping: International orders are shipped by courier, with shipping costs calculated at checkout according to the destination country. Please ensure your mailing address matches your official documents; we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information, and any additional costs arising from it are at your expense. Shipments are released only to the person named on the order, on presentation of official ID. RolzGold does not cover customs fees or taxes that apply at the destination.

Shipping to KSA: Invoices to KSA are issued without tax; however, the tax on gold (15%) and a customs fee (5%) are paid upon delivery, in line with KSA law. Orders take 7–14 working days to arrive. You can pay the value of the gold through our website or via a direct link, and the other fees are payable on arrival.

Delivery Terms

Orders are generally dispatched within 7–12 working days. During peak seasons, sales, and offers, delivery may take 3–4 weeks.

• Change of delivery address: We can change your delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
• P.O. Box: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock or requires a special design, we will wait for it to become available before dispatching your order. Other items in the same order will be reserved while we await it.

Products may vary slightly in colour, size, and thickness due to the handmade nature of the work — these variations make each piece unique. These Terms set out the entire agreement between you and RolzGold LLC regarding the sale, purchase, and use of the goods, and supersede any previous agreement or understanding on the subject. No variation is binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
